Ashley has a long personal history participating in competitive sport, weight lifting and CrossFit style training.

Ashley has spent most of her career focusing on the sports medicine side of podiatry. She has expertise in assessing, diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating lower limb pain and injuries, Ashley has a special interest in lower limb tendon injuries and heel pain.

Ashley is a Member of Australian Podiatry Association, Sports Medicine Australia (SMA) and Sport & Exercise Podiatry Australia (SEPA).
